[Video] ForSHORE: a look back in images at the latest progress on the Port 2000 worksite

At the end of March, after 10 months of work – including eight working in three shifts – the Soletanche Bachy France teams successfully completed the diaphragm wall, the slurry walls and the pumping shafts for the construction of berths 11 and 12 at Port 2000 in Le Havre.

This first phase of work, in collaboration with the HAROPA-Port du Havre teams, represented the first major milestone in this large-scale project, enabling civil engineering teams to begin work at the start of the year.

The second phase of work began on 17 May, with major earthworks to construct the rear sheet-pile wall and its two beds of passive anchors.

The third phase of the worksite, involving the maritime works, will begin at the end of 2021 and be completed in mid-2022.
