2026 BU Managers Meeting highlights: Focus on Strategy, Innovation, and the Field
The 2026 BU Managers Meeting took place May 26–28 in Versailles, a new venue for this event that provided an ideal setting for discussion and team building.
Strategic Presentations at the Heart of the Event
The seminar featured numerous presentations by General Management and members of the Executive Committee, covering the Group’s key challenges: finance, safety, equipment, environment, strategy, competition, and more.
Several sessions also addressed innovation—particularly artificial intelligence—as well as advances in R&D.
Interactive formats with “corners”
Small-group sessions organized as “corners” were also on the agenda. The goal: to help the business units gain practical experience with key operational topics.
Site visits offering a close-up look at our operations
The second day featured site visits, offering participants a hands-on immersion in Soletanche Bachy’s projects and areas of expertise.
On the agenda: the construction sites for Line 15 East-North of the Grand Paris Express, the Montereau site—with its new concrete laboratory and its equipment design-manufacturing-shipping service—as well as Leonard, featuring a session dedicated to innovation and new applications.
Not to mention the many opportunities for socializing, which allowed participants to network, share their experiences, and, above all, strengthen the bond that unites all our subsidiaries within Soletanche Bachy!
