To increase female representation within the company and provide the best conditions for their growth, Soletanche Bachy has launched its Equality Plan. Inspired by VINCI Construction’s group-wide initiative, this plan is built around two key goals:
– Welcoming more women into our teams
– Providing an inclusive, empowering environment for all talents

Each subsidiary of our group is expected to design its own local action plan, with tailored, concrete measures adapted to its context and aligned with the pillars of the Equality Plan.
