At Soletanche Bachy, skills have no gender. Every day, women are at the heart of our operations, holding a wide range of positions at every level of responsibility. They drive our technical expertise, manage equipment, shape strategy, lead business development, foster client relationships, and ensure project delivery—across the globe. At the same time, we’re pursuing concrete actions to give women the place they deserve. Our subsidiaries have rolled out Equality Plans that include various initiatives to support their career development and unlock new opportunities.
Equality Plan by Soletanche Bachy
To increase female representation within the company and provide the best conditions for their growth, Soletanche Bachy has launched its Equality Plan. Inspired by VINCI Construction’s group-wide initiative, this plan is built around two key goals:
– Welcoming more women into our teams
– Providing an inclusive, empowering environment for all talents
Each subsidiary of our group is expected to design its own local action plan, with tailored, concrete measures adapted to its context and aligned with the pillars of the Equality Plan.
