The Underground Adventure at Soletanche Bachy: start the game!
Discover Soletanche Bachy’s new employer branding campaign in France: “The Underground Adventure: the journey where you are the hero.”
Inspired by retro gaming and arcade games, this new campaign aims to enhance Soletanche Bachy’s appeal and raise awareness of our professions among students and recent graduates.
“The Underground Adventure” has two objectives:
– To popularize our activities in an accessible and impactful way among a young audience, in particular by showcasing the multitude of projects and professions offered by our company.
– To highlight the possibilities for mobility and opportunities for career development within Soletanche Bachy, whether between different departments or internationally.
To achieve this, the campaign features a film in which characters representing various Soletanche Bachy professions carry out missions. In this first episode, we discover the engineering professions (construction, design, business, methods, equipment, and materials).
In a future episode, the focus will be on production and maintenance professions such as driller, electrical engineer, and assistant site manager.

The film is used in posters and graphic materials to present the company and our professions at recruitment fairs and forums.
Several personalized items have also been created to distribute to potential candidates at these events, again based on the gaming theme.
