Soletanche Bachy announces the acquisition of \u010cen\u011bk a Je\u017eek, a foundation engineering company based in the Czech Republic. This strategic move consolidates the Group\u2019s foothold in a promising market.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

In late May 2026, \u010cen\u011bk a Je\u017eek joined Soletanche Bachy, marking a new milestone in the group\u2019s expansion in Central Europe.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1993, the company is headquartered in Prague and operates throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.<\/p>\n

Recognized as one of the market leaders, \u010cen\u011bk a Je\u017eek generates annual revenue of some \u20ac20 million and enjoys a solid reputation for quality and reliability. It is particularly distinguished by its expertise in bored pipe piles, Berlin walls, and small-scale drilling operations (anchors, micropiles, micro-Berlin walls). The company also relies on a high-performance fleet of equipment and an in-house design office dedicated to special foundations.<\/p>\n

Led by Martin \u0160vec, \u010cen\u011bk a Je\u017eek has approximately 40 employees.<\/p>\n
