The 2026 BU Managers Meeting took place May 26\u201328 in Versailles, a new venue for this event that provided an ideal setting for discussion and team building.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

Strategic Presentations at the Heart of the Event<\/span><\/p><\/h2><\/div>

The seminar featured numerous presentations by General Management and members of the Executive Committee, covering the Group\u2019s key challenges: finance, safety, equipment, environment, strategy, competition, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

Several sessions also addressed innovation\u2014particularly artificial intelligence\u2014as well as advances in R&D.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Interactive formats with \u201ccorners\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/h2><\/div>

Small-group sessions organized as \u201ccorners\u201d were also on the agenda. The goal: to help the business units gain practical experience with key operational topics.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Site visits offering a close-up look at our operations<\/span><\/p><\/h2><\/div>

The second day featured site visits, offering participants a hands-on immersion in Soletanche Bachy\u2019s projects and areas of expertise.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the agenda: the construction sites for Line 15 East-North of the Grand Paris Express, the Montereau site\u2014with its new concrete laboratory and its equipment design-manufacturing-shipping service\u2014as well as Leonard, featuring a session dedicated to innovation and new applications.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not to mention the many opportunities for socializing, which allowed participants to network, share their experiences, and, above all, strengthen the bond that unites all our subsidiaries within Soletanche Bachy!<\/span><\/p>\n
