Bratislava Smart City Office: Soletanche Bachy Slovensko, HBM and Soletanche Ceska Republika Collaborate!<\/h1><\/div><\/div>Soletanche Bachy Slovensko, HBM and Soletanche Czech Republic are collaborating to build the foundations of a sustainable office building in Bratislava, in a rapidly developing district.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>Project of the offices on Chalupkova street is located in one of the most prestigious districts of Bratislava. This office project will offer 18,400 m\u00b2 of office space and 1,500 m\u00b2 of commercial space. The first phase of construction began in December 2023.<\/p>\n
This design & built project was acquired and contracted by local BU Soletanche Bachy Slovensko. For the client Penta Real Estate, our business units from Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic were collaborating on this project. We were carrying out the foundation work for this sustainable office building in the Slovak capital! A collaborative effort that started in 2023 and has been progressing since:<\/p>\n
\n- HBM, Hungary was constructing the slurry walls and diaphragm walls in JV with Soletanche Bachy Slovensko<\/li>\n
- The anchors were installed by Soletanche Czech Republic as a subcontractor.<\/li>\n
- The rest of the work (CFA piles, wells) has being carried out by Soletanche Bachy Slovensko<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>
The work in numbers<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n- 150 m\u00b2 of shotcrete.<\/li>\n
- 1,700 m\u00b2 of slurry wall, with a thickness of 500 mm.<\/li>\n
- 6,800 m\u00b2 of temporary diaphragm wall with a thickness of 500 mm.<\/li>\n
- 101 temporary anchors (1,740 linear meters).<\/li>\n
- 9 pumping wells and 11 infiltration wells (for dewatering of the pit for 300 days)<\/li>\n
- 21 CFA piles (280 linear meters).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
