Soletanche Bachy expands in marine works in Australia with the acquisition of Brady Marine & Civil<\/h1><\/div>

After the launch of the ForSHORE brand in 2019, Soletanche Bachy continues to ramp up its expertise in ports and maritime works, with the acquisition of the majority of Brady Marine & Civil, a specialist company based in Queensland, Australia. Lots of synergies to come with our BUs in Oceania and with ForSHORE operations!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

Brady Marine & Civil<\/a>, an Australian specialist marine<\/a> contractor is now part of the Soletanche Bachy group, after the acquisition of the majority of the company in September 2021.<\/p>\n

Brady was created in 2010 by Paul Brady and currently has around 90 employees. Its annual turnover reaches AU$ 65 million (\u20ac42 million). It is based in Queensland, with offices in Brisbane and a workshop in Yatala, and is active in all Australian states.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Brady Marine & Civil<\/strong> specialises in the construction of all marine and near-shore infrastructures and substructures: bridges over water, piers, quays, dolphins, jetties, wharves, offshore pipelines, and other marine based complex structures. The company also has strong in-house engineering and equipment resources, including specialist plant (barges, cranes, temporary falsework bridging, heavy piling and drilling equipment, etc.).<\/p>\n

Brady has completed several iconic projects, such as the Brisbane International Cruise terminal, Garden Island Cruiser Wharf, Harwood and Grafton Bridge, Homebush Bay Bridge and HIAL North Jetty, among others.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
